Grading/Quality:    No.1 only.   Ocean Run Size.  All fish are dressed and cleaned by hand.

Size ratio:               It changes from year to year.  We can provide approx. size breakdown 2/Up and 2/UN by van at time of shipment.
Shipping:                Export vans loaded directly at plant and delivered to Seattle to trans-ship with Hapag-Lloyd.
